Today marks the 54th Birthday of my friend/mentor, Rex Howell, who is the author/editor of, Deer Camp Blog. He has been friends with my husband, Bob and I since 2007 and we have had some great memories of hunting together at his famous Christmas Place Plantation and Hunting Club on the edge of the MS Delta. Today, Rex is taking a much needed break for his birthday and living it up on the MS coast with his fiancee, Denise. While there they will also visit with family and friends. Go over and wish him a very Happy Birthday on his special day!
I am 71 years young and live high on the bluffs of a historical civil war town of Vicksburg, MS. I was born and raised here and attended St. Frances Xavier Academy, graduating in the Class of 1959. I started my government career at the Vicksburg District, U. S. Army Corps of Engineers and retired in September 1995 with 25 years of service. I’m the proud mother of
